Our unique forums provide the opportunity to personally interact, share best practices, solve common challenges, and establish professional relationships with the industry’s Top Advisors.
About Impact’s Approach
Our Practice Management Forums are fast-paced, structured over one day, and review in detail all aspects of the 4 main divisions within a successful financial services practice. Our format provides all attendees with unique opportunities to gain insight into the specific workings of each other’s practice as well as opportunities to continue to learn by providing the opportunity to form relationships with their premier peers.
Dialogue is structured around best practices and unique challenges faced within the 4 main divisions of a financial services practice: Asset Management, Client Service &
Retention, Marketing & Client Acquisition, and Human Resources & Technology.
Peer group size is limited to 16 Advisors for maximum interaction. Each Advisor or Advisor Team is pre-qualified to ensure that all attendees share similar business mixes, overall practice revenues, and assets, as well as specific client focus or niche dynamics. You’ll be with comparable peers who are motivated to learn and grow!
As you may imagine, a great number of new ideas, processes, and practice management innovations and solutions are surfaced within each of these forums. Impact Learning will provide each Advisor attendee with a complete written re-cap of all discussions held throughout the forum.
Momentum continues afterward with 4 one-hour, bi-weekly group calls. Calls are hosted by the forum facilitators and review in detail each of the solutions presented in the Post Forum Summary Report along with the specific steps necessary for implementation.
